ParlourRx exists because most aesthetics practices optimize for volume. We built something different: a practice where the standard is clinical precision, not a treatment menu.
Every provider here is trained the same way. Assess before you recommend. Stop before you overdo. Treat the face in front of you, not a template. Results should not look like a treatment. They should look like you, refined.

Meet The Team
Juli Bromley, RN, BSN
Juli Bromley is a Registered Nurse and the founder of ParlourRx. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine, studied abroad in Korea, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before moving into aesthetics. Across all of it, the same instincts apply: anatomy, pattern recognition, knowing when to stop. She trained injectors nationally before opening ParlourRx and specializes in advanced neurotoxins, facial balancing, Nefertiti lifts, PRF EZGel, Skinvive, microneedling, IPL, and medical-grade skincare.
Every appointment starts with an honest assessment. Nothing gets recommended that you don't actually need, and everything is customized to the face in front of her.
Megan Carson, Esthetician
Megan Carson is a licensed esthetician with more than two decades of clinical skincare experience. She has developed spa programming, run her own studio, and worked across a range of environments from boutique pop-ups to award shows. At ParlourRx, she brings the same approach to every appointment: thorough assessment, targeted treatment, and results that are actually visible. She also specializes in brow shaping and tinting.
Dr. Kristelle Lusby is a double board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with fellowship training at UC Irvine, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Indiana University. She completed her undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University and her medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Her surgical focus includes breast and body cosmetic surgery, oncologic reconstruction, and body contouring following significant weight loss. Dr. Lusby brings the same standard of precision to her surgical practice that defines ParlourRx: assess first, treat with intention, and let the results speak.
